Join a client-side commercial team managing procurement and post-contract delivery on a major UK infrastructure programme.
The role
Our client, a major infrastructure client organisation, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The role is hybrid, with two to three days a week in the Central London office.
Key responsibilities
- Support procurement strategy, tendering and contract award
- Manage post-contract commercial activity including valuations, change and final accounts
- Produce cost reports and forecasts for project leadership
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and the supply chain
About you
- Quantity surveying experience on major infrastructure projects
- Experience of both pre- and post-contract surveying
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Degree in quantity surveying or similar; RICS chartered or working towards it is an advantage
What’s on offer
