Manage the commercial side of MEP packages on major rail projects for a specialist subcontractor.
The role
We are recruiting a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor for a specialist rail MEP subcontractor. Hybrid working, with three days in the West London office and two at home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial performance across MEP packages on rail projects
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment and change submissions
- Manage subcontract accounts and final accounts
- Report cost and forecasts to senior management
About you
- Quantity surveying experience with MEP subcontractors
- Experience of working on rail projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and rail industry contracts
- Degree in quantity surveying or a related subject
