The role
A multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Senior Transport Planner to join its Birmingham office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transport assessments, travel plans and highways input for planning applications
- Manage client relationships and prepare fee proposals
- Guide and review the work of less experienced planners
- Represent the business with local authorities and stakeholders
About you
- Degree in transport planning, civil engineering or a related subject
- Experience in transport development planning in consultancy or local government
- Good knowledge of transport modelling software
- Chartered (CIHT, TPP or ICE) or working towards it
