A recruitment service built on precision, not volume.
Bowe Recruitment (formerly Redfish Infrastructure) was set up in 2016 to usher in a new standard in construction and engineering recruitment.
As such, we’re not a sales-driven business. We prioritise quality over volume, using deep industry knowledge to work collaboratively with construction professionals. Our role is to guide people into organisations that genuinely align with their career ambitions and personal goals.

We work only in infrastructure: transport and rail, highways, construction, engineering, energy and renewables, utilities and major projects. That focus means we understand the roles, the qualifications and the people behind them.
Do you recruit for permanent and contract roles?
Yes. We place permanent staff to build your long term team, and contract specialists when you need proven people quickly for a project phase, a milestone or cover.
How quickly can you find the right person?
It depends on the role and the market, but our specialist network means we can often move fast, especially for contract roles. We will agree a clear timeline with you at the start and keep you updated throughout.
How do your fees work?
Our fees depend on the type of role and whether it is permanent or contract. We set everything out clearly before we begin, with no hidden costs, so you know exactly what to expect.
I’m looking for a new role. Does it cost me anything?
No. Our service is completely free for candidates. We will give you honest advice, help you prepare and support you through to your first day.
Will you share my CV without asking me?
Never. We always talk to you about a role and get your agreement before your details are sent to any employer.
