The role
We are recruiting a Site Engineer for a multi-million pound coastal restoration project on the South Coast, combining marine and coastal civil engineering works.
Key responsibilities
- Setting out works using GPS and total station
- Supervising subcontractors and checking quality against drawings and specifications
- Producing records, permits and temporary works checks
- Supporting the Section Engineer with planning and progress reporting
About you
- Degree or HNC in civil engineering, or equivalent experience
- Site engineering experience on civil engineering projects; marine or coastal experience is a bonus
- CSCS card and confident with setting-out equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
What’s on offer
A day rate of £325 to £400 depending on experience, on a high-profile scheme with long-term work.
